I am working as a product manager in enterprise software company. Part of my work is to engage in various customer calls, some of them are scheduled by me and some by other colleges. In our team, we have tens of customer calls per week. How to track who is talking to whom, when and with which customers nobody talked in last month?
Current tools are not able to answer those questions or are 800 pounds gorillas. So as my effort to refresh my Java coding skills, I have decided that I will create a tool, to answer all those questions.
